I've spent the last 7+ years designing tools for small businesses; where the problems are messy, and "simple" takes a lot of effort to earn. Currently based in Toronto.

Across projects, the common thread has been the same: messy workflows, operational complexity, and figuring out how to make something feel simple when the underlying problem isn't.

I've worked across agency, startup, and SaaS environments, and what's stayed consistent is a comfort with ambiguity.
